Michael,

it is not only modruid.
Also sites which are set to FPM/FastCGI seems to be php disabled.
If I manually did disable / enable FPM/FastCGI the site is working again.

I think the last base-apache..  Updates did crache the modruid setting in 5209R.
The label is gone (in german language I see "enableModRUID") and if enableModRUID is enabled I can see the php  source code of the site.
If I switch to FPM/FastCGI it is working again.
