Ok. Please try this as "root" from SSH:

5208R:

/sbin/service cced.init restart
/sbin/service admserv restart
/sbin/service httpd restart

5209R:

systemctl restart cced.init
systemctl restart admserv
systemctl restart httpd

Then check again and let me know if the Vsite list is there again.
