The problem seems to be the WebApp installer for 5209R in conjunction
with RoundCube's Autoinstall feature.

As a work around please do this:

In the 5209R GUI go to "Server Management" / "Web Applications" /
"WebApp Installer" and click on the button "System Defaults".

For "roundcubemail" untick the checkbox "Autoinstall" and save the changes.

When that is done new Vsites are being created without problems.

I'll try to figure out what's wrong with the Autoinstall feature on
5209R and will publish an updated WebApp Installer once I have it fixed.
