I just ran yum update on a 5106 box, and it did *not* create any php.d
directories. The only php.d direcory remained /etc/php.d

About half way through the update run, the following was printed.

  Shutting down cced: done
  Starting cced: [ OK ]
  Running CCE constructors:
  Stopping httpd: [ OK ]
Starting httpd: [Tue Oct 13 02:29:15 2015] [warn] NameVirtualHost
  98.100.9.3:80 has no VirtualHosts
[Tue Oct 13 02:29:15 2015] [warn] NameVirtualHost 98.100.9.3:80 has no
  VirtualHosts
[Tue Oct 13 02:29:15 2015] [warn] NameVirtualHost 98.100.9.3:80 has no
  VirtualHosts
  [ OK ]
  Editing main configuration...
  Found!

The existing vsites do seem to be there still.

I tried running service cced.init restart, and that didn't cause any
php.d directores to be created either.

Is more drastic action needed?
