[BlueOnyx:18554] restrict access for server-administrators only

Hi List,

/root/PAM_AUTH_EXTERNAL.READ-ME
tells me how I can make restricted access to a webpage for a specific 
user or all users of a specific site.

But is it also possible to give access to only all the 
server-administrators? Are they member of a specific group that can be 
used or is there an other way?
