Renaming the CA to .txt did the trick. Was able to get that uploaded.

Still can't get the cert to install. Single file, cert and key. It's 
been so long I don't recall exactly what the file is supposed to look 
like. I've tried with cert/key and key/cert order (always with the --- 
BEGIN/END ---- stuff) but BO still says it doesn't contain a key.
