You can generate a CSR from the CLI. You can also do it one one box and
then move it to another. The issue is: When you do the CSR from the CLI
and then want to upload the cert and key, then the GUI never saw you
doing the CSR in first place. It needs to be made aware that you've done
that already.

So the best procedure is to follow the procedure that we outlined. And
to use the GUI for all parts of it. Or to not use the GUI for all parts
of it and then do it all "on foot".

Which kinda defeats the purpose of having the GUI in first place. ;-)
