[BlueOnyx:18300] Script php_settings_convert.pl script doesn't appear to work

I've set the new defaults I want via the BX GUI at Server Management ->
Security -> PHP Settings.

 

I then run: /usr/Sausalito/sbin/php_settings_convert.pl

 

I expected (hoped) this would change the PHP settings for all of the vsites
to the same as those set in the defaults, but it doesn't change anything -
old settings remain.

 

Am I doing something wrong/outdated or is there something up with the .pl
script?
