Yeah, this is on my list of things that need fixing:

If you cmuImport to 5209R and a Vsite had suPHP enabled, then the
resulting suPHP line in the 5209R Apache config is incorrect.

Work around: Toggle suPHP off and back on. Or switch to another PHP
implementation.
