If you use suPHP or PHP-FPM, you can set the PHP version for each Vsite
individually.

If you use PHP as DSO or "DSO + mod_ruid2", then it will use whatever
PHP is configured as default for the whole server. The default is
usually PHP-5.4.16 (the one that comes with the OS). But if you have
additional PHP versions installed, you can switch it to a different one
under "Server Management" / "Security" / "PHP Settings".
