Yeah, that is really annoying. A recent update must have updated these
specifically disabled services. It doesn't seem to happen on all CentOS6
or SL6 boxes, but I have seen it on some by now.

How to disable and stop them:

/sbin/chkconfig --del rpcbind
/sbin/service rpcbind stop
