We have a customer logs in to roundcube and try's to reply
and get this error
SMTP Error (550): Failed to add recipient "wwwwwww at hotmail.com" (5.0.0 
<wwwwwww at hotmail.com>... Mail rejected due to possible SPAM).

this is on a 5209R VPS

He has sent many email to the email in the past
