[BlueOnyx:18436] 5208R: Can allocate IP to a new vsite but not change an existing vsite IP

I hope the attached screenshot says it all.
Reboot doesn't help.
I guess turning off "IP address allocation" might help, but that can't 
be the solution, or?
Bug or my bad?
