The Active Monitor Emails are (usually) sent in the server language and
as a fallback the default is English. The server language is the
language of the "admin" user, so you'd set that under "Personal Profile"
/ "Account" once logged in as "admin".

So please do this: Login as "admin" and in admin's personal profile
change the language to something else and save. The GUI will then reload
the same page in the new language. Then change it back to "English
(en_US)" and save again.

That will make sure that the GUI and the server are back in sync as far
as the language goes. The Active Monitor emails should then arrive in
English again.
