Hmmm … still cannot get this working

I have gone through the mailing list and noted the problem with multiple vsite IPs on 5209R but I am only using one.
Only one virtual host entry in proftpd.conf

Proftpd -td5 still throws "warning: "ProFTPD" address/port (192.168.10.134:21) already in use by” error but proftpd.conf looks identical to that on working 5208R servers using 1.3.5

Not sure where to look next.
