Hi 

 

I had the same problem and fixed with this commands, It has to do with semaphores and not disk space.

 

Could not restart apache.

primero checar los semaforos.

 

el mensaje de error aparece en el log de apache

ipcs -s | grep apache

 

Como root se resuelve dando

 

ipcs -s | grep apache | awk '{ print $2 }' | xargs -n 1 ipcrm -s

Today the web server was not running two times.Then I rebooted the server manually. In the error log I can see this:

 

No space left on device: Cannot create SSLMutex

 

What can I do?
