[BlueOnyx:19529] Berkley Server fails to start after recent YUM Update

A YUM update was performed on my server this morning. I'm not sure if this 
may be the cause but I just noticed DNS services are down. 
Checking the system, I see "Berkeley Internet Name Domain DNS" is failing 
to start. So I ran "systemctl restart named-chroot" and "Berkeley Internet 
Name Domain DNS" started up. 
When I reboot the server, "Berkeley Internet Name Domain DNS" fails and I 
have to run the above command to manually start the service.
Is there a way to fix this?
