When you look at a the source-code of a list email you'll also see this:

List-Id: BlueOnyx General Mailing List <blueonyx.mail.blueonyx.it>
List-Unsubscribe: <http://mail.blueonyx.it/mailman/options/blueonyx>,
 <mailto:blueonyx-request at mail.blueonyx.it?subject=unsubscribe>

So you can either unsubscribe by emailing to
blueonyx-request at mail.blueonyx.it with the Email-Subject "unsubscribe"
(without quotes), or by visiting this URL:

http://mail.blueonyx.it/mailman/options/blueonyx
