Sorry, but that "fix" was for an entirely different problem. You have a
corrupt Webalizer DNS cache and the "fix" you tried manipulated the RPM
database.

I'd suggest to simply delete /var/lib/webalizer/dns_cache.db and to let
it rebuild during the next Webalizer cronjob.
