[BlueOnyx:19964] 5209R - How can I remove a site from "Site Management" which is no longer existing physically?

Hello,

I tried to delete a site. 
For this I get an error that is was not possible. However the site directory is no longer existant in /home/sites but in "Site Management" the site still exist. 
How can I delete the site from the codb to delete it from blueonyx "Site Management"?
