Thanks Michael

That did indeed get me back in to the GUI, and everything seems to be
working except 


Now I'm getting this error when access phpMyAdmin

The file /etc/build contains information about the model number of your
BlueOnyx. The GUI needs this in order to know which version of BlueOnyx it
runs on.

Example for a 5207R:

[root at 5207r ~]# cat /etc/build
build 20140909 for a 5207R in en_US

It appears your /etc/build is missing. Best procedure to get it back is
this:

yum reinstall base-blueonyx-*
