[BlueOnyx:20336] 5209R cmuImport error

Having a problem importing a vsite from one 5209R box to another, and 
I'm unable to determine the cause.   CMU "helpfully" suggests that it 
could be an IP conflict, but I know that is not the case as I have 
edited the cmu.xml file to reflect the accurate IP of the new system.

I have attached clips from the cmulog and /var/log/messages below. After 
searching for clues on the output of those messages, I was unable to 
determine a cause (or fix).    orderVsites lost a vsite?  Is that 
something?  Or what does AUTH to user "admin" failed mean?

Assistance would be happily accepted!
