I'm looking at this now.

As for "do we need mariadb-galera-server" or not? Well, it satisfies the
dependency "mysql-server" of our base-mysql-capstone and made things a
hell of a lot easier for dependency resolution and we can have the same
base-mysql-* sources for EL6 and EL7.

I'll have a solution to this within the next couple of hours and will
then post an update.
