[BlueOnyx:20393] Yum Update error

On my two 5208r servers, yum update has just started failing on both servers with the following

               Not found

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
** Found 1 pre-existing rpmdb problem(s), 'yum check' output follows:
perl-Sys-Hostname-FQDN-0.11-2.x86_64 is a duplicate with perl-Sys-Hostname-FQDN-0.11-1.i386

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.
