Ok, so I went ahead and looked at all my servers.  All the 5208Rs have the
same problem.  The netdata page doesn't load, it comes up with a 404 error.
The 5209s work nicely, and the feature displays properly in admin.
On the 5208Rs it seems there may be a python issue, at least that's what it
looks like in the error files.
Here are the error logs for /var/log/netdata
