Fair enough.  But this requires that we have access to the GUI.   In a 
specific case, we want to completely remove Netdata via CLI, as we're 
working with VPS spins on Aventurin{e}, not all of which we have 
credentials for.

Honestly, I would just prefer to have Netdata removed entirely.   The 
headache of answering so many support requests over it has been 
tiresome, especially for a piece of software that answers a question I 
didn't ask.
