[BlueOnyx:19108] Running newest kernel?

I'm running a BlueOnyx 5208R server. Should I be using the latest
kernel? Currently it's running 2.6.32-220.7.1.el6.x86_64, but
2.6.32-573.12.1.el6.x86_64 is the latest one listed in /etc/grub.conf.


Would I be safe to copy /etc/grub.conf to /boot/grub/grub.conf ?
