You didn't mention your BlueOnyx version, but from the log you pasted
I'm gleaning this is 5209R.
We have several 5209R boxes running in production and have never seen
the symptom that you're reporting.
Check to make sure the services are enabled to start automatically.
systemctl list-unit-files | grep "httpd"
systemctl list-unit-files | grep "sendmail"
Past that, I'd be curious to see what your logs say for the services
themselves, rather than YUM. For instance,
grep "httpd" /var/log/messages
