No, it's just a small change in the terms of service and throws in some
clarifications. It has to to do with the fact that Commodo threw a
dickish move and capitalized on a fuck-up on behalf of Let's Encrypt.
They had forgotten to register the "Let's Encrypt" trademark and Commodo
snagged it up. The Free Software Foundation and Let's Encrypt are
currently in a legal battle with them to sort the matter.
