5106R uses a really ancient version of ImageMagick. For example: That
doesn't even have the /etc/ImageMagick/policy.xml file at all.

I'm not sure why your Perl script isn't working if ImageMagick in
general seems to work. I never used the Perl module Image::Magick and
the small script you sent me seems to depend on stuff that I don't have. :-/
