Hi Greg,
I came across that one today as well - when do you think fix number one can be published?
Thank you!
Tobias

Hi JW.
I beat you in finding that one :)
Michael and I have been doing work on CMU in the background for a while. I found this one hiding a while back, and it has already been fixed in SVN.
There are some more fixes to come in CMU in the near future, which is why new RPM’s have not yet been pushed. Two fixes that will come soon:
1. Archive creation does not include symlinks. When Michael saw the double storing of files in CMU, he added a check to skip directories. Great fix. But, what about directories that are symlinks? We need to include them
2. Admin files import - There is a switch to import admin files. Even if they exist on the import server, it doesn’t work. Reason: The admin user is excluded from cmudump xml file during export. We need to put that back, but filter on import to prevent admin user settings from being duplicated.
I am trying to get some time with Michael to fix at least #1 soon… #2 has never worked… If we fix at least #1, we should be able to get a new CMU rpm out sometime soon.

Hi all
Since the update of CMU I see several errors when backing up IMAP directories:
Scanout: running: tar cf - --files-from=/tmp/cmu-files.dat | pigz > /home/raqbackup/data/users-projects-public.tar.gz at /usr/cmu/perl/Archive.pm line 386, <GEN0> line 17359.
Scanout: INFO: private archive uncompressed size: 11 MB
Scanout: ls: cannot access Network: No such file or directory
Scanout: ls: cannot access Trash: No such file or directory
Scanout: ls: cannot access Folder: No such file or directory
Scanout: ls: cannot access mail/.imap/Gesendete: No such file or directory
Scanout: ls: cannot access Elemente: No such file or directory
Scanout: sh: APY-schte: command not found
Scanout: ls: cannot access mail/.imap/Gel: No such file or directory
Scanout: sh: APw-rfe: command not found
Scanout: ls: cannot access mail/.imap/Entw: No such file or directory
It seem IMAP folders with a space or a German character (Gelöschte, Entwürfe) get not backed up.
Anyone else seeing this?
Thanks
Janwillem
