[BlueOnyx:19639] pwauth on 5209R

Does pwauth still works on 5209R?
I have migrated a site from 5109R to 5209R, and the authentication of a 
user by usage of pwauth fails on the migrated site.
In .htaccess, I have change the group number to the one that is being 
used on the new server, but still it won't work.
In errorlog:

Password Mismatch

Password for this user is confirmed working in dovecot & ssh.
