Ok,
VPS 101 102 103 104 107 108
I am not getting any cron or logwatch files
VPS 100 and 106 I am getting  /usr/local/sbin/dfix.sh messages
and did get Logwatch messages

I did a

**systemctl restart cced.init**.service on all VPS only 100 & 106 are 
working RC **
