[BlueOnyx:19728] slowness?

RE:  Prestshop csv import

Running in suphp

Machine has 16 gig memory

Fresh  5209R



1) Site was on 5208R cvs import went fairly fast

(this machine is running PHP-5.4.24-1 from solarspeed)


2) Moved site  to my  5207R csv import.

Slow... slow... slow

(this is what I posed about last time. This is when I learned all about 
32 bit vs 64 bit and moved the site back to my 5208R)


3) Moved this site to a fresh 5209R (64 bit right?)

Slow slow slow... painfully slow.

What took roughly 30 min max on the 5208R has taken roughly 4 hours on 
the 5209R


Any ideas why this is slow now?


I thought since the 5209R is 64 and the new machine is more powerful 
that the 5208R this thing would be even faster.


PHP note: The 5208R  is running (PHP-5.4.24-1 from solarspeed) and the 
5209R is running stock php from the install..


Could this be it?
