Hello,
and you should also have a backup of your databases if you created them in blueonyx.
Because also databse information should be missing in web.
By enabling web database access information of the complete database can vanish.
If it is also the case with your server, backup the database and note the credentials.
enable php
create the database in bo again and import the dump.

After seeing your yum log it seems that you hadn't updated this server
in a while.
Me and others have had the same problem a few weeks ago after a yum
update, see the archives of this list. I don't know if the reason for
this problem was ever found and corrected.
The solution was to add the rights to the server-administrator that owns
the sites, and after that re-enable php and ssl for the sites.
