[BlueOnyx:19256] Unable to set quota

Any ideas please.

I have a 5208R VPS on Aventurin{e} which has suddenly lost quotas.
All sites show as Disk Usage 0.00Mb and Allowed as 0.00Mb
Cannot add users or sites because 'unable to set quota'

I have tried 

1. Dropping the quota in Aventurin{e}
2. Increasing disknodes
3. Run disk_restorequotas.pl / swatch from inside the VPS (two or three times)

Nothing seems to work.
