Sure, or you can overwrite it when you copy in the one from your CLI 
generation.   It's no problem there.

 From the log clips posted so far, no.  You've referenced 2 lines with 
calls to files that don't exist out of one of the logs, but I don't feel 
I have enough information to render a verdict on the "why" with that.

Feel free to post a larger clip for us to review.   Let's see from 
/var/log/httpd/access_log and /var/log/httpd/error_log.   I'm sure the 
clue is in there somewhere!

Failing that, there's always the BlueOnyx Support option and the guys 
could have a look when available.   (Our customers have the added tier 
of having our techs available to assist when needed, as well.)
