All is good and fixed did the following

On master:
vzctl stop <VPSID>
vzquota drop <VPSID>
vzctl start <VPSID>

On the master edited the vps clicked advance settings them edited
Disk Inodes (barrier): Disk Inodes (limit): set both to 2G

Inside VPS: Ran these
/usr/sausalito/sbin/disk_restorequotas.pl
swatch
