[BlueOnyx:19360] Server Setup

I am not sure what I may be doing wrong, I have tried setting up a blueonyx
server and have gone through the set up process however I am not able to
access it from the IP address. I have installed it 3 times thinking I had
done something wrong. Even tried doing a virtual machine and get the same
results. Is there any special setup that I need to do/run before I am able
to use the server?
