That is actually the problem. For the Vsite the private key, public key
and intermediate are all under /home/sites/*/certs/

So the proper step to create this would have been using the key from a
self signed cert in /home/sites/*/certs/ instead of using the one from
/etc/ssl/certs/

So ... check /etc/ssl/certs/ and see if you got the key in there. That
should be the one you need to upload with the cert through the GUI.
