[BlueOnyx:20245] CMU to 5209R

Trying to migrate 5106R to 5209R with CMU but have run into a couple of issues using the FAQ on blueonyx.it

In particular this post migration instruction to run:

/usr/bin/mysql_fix_privilege_tables your-mysql-root-password

That script appears to be missing on 5209R.
Copied across but got another error:

Could not find file 'mysql_fix_privilege_tables.sql'

Needless to say I am getting database errors.

Any help appreciated.
