Hi all,
on our systems we are using fail2ban to block out brute forcing ip adresses. It is working very well. But sometimes it is struggling with pam_abl. So we disabled pam_abl:
chkconfig pam_abl off
/etc/init.d/pam_abl stop
This works as expected - until the next yum update which then starts pam_abl again. :-/
What can I do to disable it permanently?
Thank you,
Tobias
