[BlueOnyx:20132] Solarspeed PHP error

We are running the Solarspeed PHP package:

[root at jupiter web]# /home/solarspeed/php/bin/php -v
PHP 5.6.13 (cli) (built: Sep 11 2015 21:47:29)

Websites using php are getting this error (in this case just trying to get info: <?php phpinfo(); ?>)

[Tue Oct 11 09:48:00 2016] [error] [client 2.97.215.7] /home/solarspeed/php/bin/php-cgi: symbol lookup error: /home/solarspeed/php/lib/php/20131226/pdo_sqlite.so: undefined symbol: sqlite3_libversion
[Tue Oct 11 09:48:00 2016] [error] [client 2.97.215.7] Premature end of script headers: info.php

Problem seems to be pdo_sqlite.so which they also want to use to query an sqlite database.

Any gurus able to help?
