I tried to file the support request but got the error message: A connection
to newlinq.blueonyx.it could not be established. Without that you will not
be able to submit a bug report or ticket.

What to do now?

Let me help you with this. Please go to "Software Updates" / "Support" /
"Support Request". Fill in the blanks and tick the checkbox for "Allow
Access".

That will send a ticket with temporary access details for your server.
I'll take it from there and make sure that PHP-7.0.12 gets installed
correctly. That will also allow me to find out what went wrong in first
place so that we can prevent that from happening again.
