That's another thing that shouldn't happen, but you can fix it this way:

wget http://devel.blueonyx.it/pub/BlueOnyx/.scripts/pkgCleanup.pl.txt
mv pkgCleanup.pl.txt pkgCleanup.pl
chmod 755 pkgCleanup.pl
./pkgCleanup.pl

That script (when made executable and run) will clean up the list of
available (not yet installed) NewLinQ PKGs in CODB.
