Many thanks for digging that up. I only recalled the fact that adding
something to ca-bundle.crt directly was a bad idea.

I'm in a mad dash to prepare for an unplanned weekend family-trip, so on
Tuesday when I get back I'll check up on this and see what code changes
we need to make this happen.
