[BlueOnyx:21289] Web Alias Redirects setting not respected when creating a vsite

Hi,

when creating a vsite, unchecking "Web Alias Redirects" while creating
the site will not get respected. I have to check, save, uncheck and
save again after creation.

I've added the line
Vsite._CREATE   perl:base/vsite/web_alias_redirects.pl     EXECUTE
to /usr/sausalito/conf/base/vsite/vsite.conf and now it's working.

But I don't know if that's really the correct way or place to fix it.
