[BlueOnyx:21604] Migrated SSL sites to 5209R error

I migrated two SSL sites from an old 5208R to new IP addresses on a 
5209R server and neither will function. The new server only had one IP 
address assigned and both sites were trying to pull the SSL cert for the 
site on that existing IP address. After disabling the existing site SSL, 
now both sites give SSL error: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

Each of the new sites have their own IP address assigned at time of 
cmuImport. The new IP addresses show in the interface aliases and on 
their respective vsite settings. I've checked all DNS to be updated and 
resolving to the new IP addresses of the migrated sites. Anyone have an 
idea what needs to be done to correct the issue?
