PS: I deleted the vsite and re-created it. Same result. Even simple DNS
queries get rejected with the error code 5: Refused for policy reasons.

Is there a log file that shows me what causes this issue?

Yes, as usual I modified the SOA record and entered the Primary Name Server
(NS) and the Secondary Name Servers (NS). 

Is there any other way to troubleshoot the issue I'm having with this one
vsite? Shall I delete and enter it again?

Using the BlueOnyx GUI, take a look at your SOA record for the domain that
is not working.  Have you entered the hostnames of the nameservers that
should be transferring the domains in?
