Yeah, this service shouldn't be running if you aren't using it. You
might want to turn it off and prevent it from restarting:

/sbin/chkconfig --del fcoemon
/sbin/service fcoemon stop

Or on 5209R:

systemctl disable fcoemon
systemctl stop fcoemon
